Why Less Is More
March 29, 2026
Adding more doesn’t always make art better. Sometimes it makes it worse.
It’s easy to think:
👉 “More detail = better image”
But often, the opposite is true.
🧠 What Is Simplicity?
Simplicity means:
- Removing what’s not needed
- Keeping what matters
👀 Why It Works
Too much detail:
- Confuses your eye
- Weakens the message
Simple images:
- Feel clear
- Feel strong
🎯 The Big Idea
Every element should have a reason to be there.
If it doesn’t:
👉 Remove it.
✏️ Try This
Look at an image:
- What could be removed without hurting it?
